This role plays a crucial part in ensuring data integrity, compliance, and efficiency within the HR function. This role is part of Alcon's Human Resources function, a team that collaborates across the business to shape company culture, manage talent, align associates to our purpose, and support associate development to help our people and the world see brilliantly.
The Associate I, Master Data Management (Professional Path) is primarily responsible for being the first point of contact for Alcon associates and managers globally, providing guidance on HR topics and escalating issues as needed. You will learn and grow through documentation and team support.
