Job summary

Dream Job & Business Consultancy seeks an HR cum Marketing Assistant (Chinese Speaker) to join our Batu Kawan site. The role blends HR duties with daily site supervision, ensuring HR policies are followed while operations run smoothly.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, welfare, and assist the marketing team in sourcing clients. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a diploma in HR/Management are preferred; Chinese language ability is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Foundation in Human Resources with ability to support core HR processes.
• Experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Knowledge of production procedures and site-level application.
• Experience in site supervision or operations coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Diploma in HR and Management is an advantage.
• Chinese speaker is preferable for China client communication.
