Dream Job & Business Consultancy seeks an HR cum Marketing Assistant (Chinese Speaker) to join our Batu Kawan site. The role blends HR duties with daily site supervision, ensuring HR policies are followed while operations run smoothly.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, welfare, and assist the marketing team in sourcing clients. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a diploma in HR/Management are preferred; Chinese language ability is advantageous.

About you

• Foundation in Human Resources (HR), with the ability to support core HR processes
• Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management, including handling staff concerns and supporting reviews or appraisals
• Knowledge of production procedures, and the ability to apply them consistently at the site level
• Relevant experience in site supervision or operations coordination, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Diploma in Human Resources and Management, or a related field is an advantage
• Chinese speaker is preferable due to communication needed between our company and China clients
