We are representing our client, a rapidly growing organization within the hospitality industry. As part of the expansion plans, they are seeking for HR Manager to join our team based in Sungai Long, Kajang.

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Oversee payroll administration for minimum 300 headcounts and statutory compliance.

Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Administer compensation and benefits programs.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Maintain HR records and HRIS accuracy.

Act as the key liaison between employees and management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR functions.
