Job summary

Jincorp Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and implement policies across its group, oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, and ensure payroll compliance.

The role includes advising management on workforce planning and organizational needs while leading a capable HR team. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR management experience in Malaysia, strong knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in HR, with at least 5 years in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of payroll, recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing HR across multiple companies is preferred.
• Experience in trading, commercial or SME environment is an advantage.
