NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a Mandarin-speaking HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions in Malaysia, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and statutory requirements while supporting business growth.

You will lead payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee relations, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. A Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field with at least five years

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including supervisory role.
• Fluent Mandarin; basic English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, payroll processing and statutory submissions.
• Manage full recruitment cycle including onboarding and talent retention.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with laws and requirements.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and performance reviews.

As a Mandarin-speaking HR Manager at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD.,you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resource functions, ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements, and developing effective HR strategies to support the company's business objectives and organisational growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee daily HR operations, monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, EA Form and Form E.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, manpower planning, onboarding and talent retention.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, performance appraisals and workplace conflicts.
• Manage salary reviews, employee benefits, training and development programmes.
• Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and promote a positive, productive workplace culture.

What we’re looking for

• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, with basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management, including experience in a supervisory or HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, including the Employment Act 1955, and relevant statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions and deductions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB, as well as the preparation of Form EA and submission of Form E.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, talent development and employee retention.
• Experienced in handling employee relations, disciplinary matters, performance appraisals, grievances and conflict resolution.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures and strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with different departments.
