Job summary

NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance web systems. You will work on Python and Go projects, implement features, fix bugs, and document changes for cross-functional teams including operations and after-sales.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Python or Go experience, Mandarin fluency, and strong backend/API knowledge. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur with standard hours and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field required.
• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) is essential.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Python or Go Developer.
• Strong experience with Python and/or Go and frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI, Gin/Echo).
• Solid backend development understanding, API design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Familiar with Redis and MongoDB NoSQL databases and handling large data/high concurrency.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and configuring web app servers.
• Experience building systems with large data volumes, high traffic, and performance optimization.
• Familiar with Nginx configuration, load balancing, and reverse proxy operations.
• Strong communication, learning agility, teamwork, and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Python and Go projects for high-performance web systems.

Job description

As a Mandarin-speaking Full Stack Developer at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for the development, optimization, and maintenance of high-performance web systems. You’ll play a key role in designing new product features, fixing bugs, and supporting cross-functional teams by delivering robust backend solutions. This position involves frequent collaboration with operations and after-sales teams, particularly for projects involving Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of Python and Go projects, including developing high-performance websites and backend systems, designing product features, detecting and handling bugs, and writing technical documentation.
• Involved in the overall planning, feature design, development, system testing, and implementation of new projects.
• Write development documentation for new product features and design product databases.
• Design and develop new feature modules and management tools based on requirements submitted by the after-sales team.
• Regularly communicate with operations and after-sales teams to gather feedback and address issues.
• Provide technical support based on feedback from relevant departments, maintain the stable operation of business systems, and handle system bugs.
• Responsible for upgrading, iterating, and maintaining product feature modules.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field required.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Python or Go Developer.
• Strong experience in developing applications using Python and/or Go, with good knowledge of commonly used frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, Gin, or Echo.
• Strong understanding of backend development, API design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Familiar with caching and NoSQL technologies such as Redis and MongoDB, with experience handling large data volumes and high-concurrency systems.
• Experienced with Unix/Linux operating systems, capable of independently configuring and tuning web application environments.
• Experienced in developing systems with large data volumes, high traffic, and high concurrency, with effective solutions for performance optimization and system stability.
• Familiar with configuring Nginx servers and knowledgeable about load balancing, redundancy, reverse proxy, and other operational technologies.
• Experienced in database index optimization, query optimization, and storage optimization.
• Strong communication skills, excellent self-learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork skills, and strong fault analysis and troubleshooting abilities.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus alternate Saturdays (twice a month)
