Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in HRM or related field.
• 3–5 years HR management experience.
• Experience leading a team of at least 5.
• Manufacturing or related industries experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and foreign worker regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and HR systems.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, and termination processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with statutory requirements, and resolution of related issues.
• Manage all aspects of foreign worker recruitment, permits, accommodations, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and Malaysian labor laws.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
• Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.

Requirements
