Job summary

HR UNITY PLT in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to handle end-to-end recruitment across HQ and outlets, plan manpower, manage postings, interviews and hiring processes. You will build employer branding to attract talent and oversee payroll processing including salary, OT, allowances and incentives.

• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for HQ and outlets.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, statutory contributions and allowances.
• Understanding of Malaysian labor laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (HQ & outlet staff).
• Plan manpower requirements based on business needs.
• Manage job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.
• Build employer branding to attract talent.
• Oversee payroll processing (salary, OT, allowances, incentives).
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll.
• Manage statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Review and improve compensation & benefits structure.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Support performance management and KPI tracking.
• Work closely with outlet managers on staff issues.
• Improve employee engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and SOPs.
• Support business expansion with HR strategies.
• Drive company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead internal restructuring and process improvements.
