Job summary

GDAILY FRESH SDN BHD is actively seeking an HR Manager to shape our workforce, lead end-to-end recruitment, and manage employee relations while ensuring smooth HR operations.

In this role, you will oversee payroll, develop HR policies, and partner with management on manpower planning and performance initiatives to foster a productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years HR experience, preferably in recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in payroll processing and HR operations will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to support business and employee communication needs.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring the business attracts and retains the right talent.
• Manage employee relations matters, including handling disciplinary issues, grievances, and labour-related matters in compliance with employment laws.
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate, timely salary processing while supporting HR operational matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to improve employee engagement and workplace efficiency.
• Partner closely with management to support manpower planning, performance management, and overall people development initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring the business attracts and retains the right talent
