Job summary

ByteDance is seeking an HR Lifecycle Operations Advisor to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction while driving process improvements across regions.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations to optimize lifecycle processes and implement system enhancements that improve efficiency and the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in HR operations.
• Good understanding of labour/compliance laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves, immigration, and offboarding.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage HR transactions ensuring timely processing and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, TA, and HR Operations across regions as a trusted advisor.
• Drive continuous process improvements and HR system enhancements.
• Support regional and global initiatives to improve HR operational efficiency and employee experience.
