Improvage Precision Sdn Bhd, a Melaka-based high precision tooling manufacturer, seeks an HR Intern to support daily HR operations and documentation. You will assist in staff training, maintain training records, help schedule security and cleaning staff, and support in environmental compliance and foreigner matters.

You will also help coordinate employee engagement events and take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Handle routine tasks such as documentation filling, data entry and support HR operations
• Assist in staff trainings and manage training records
• Assist in scheduling of security guards and cleaners
• Assist in environmental regulations and requirements of the Department of Environment in Malaysia
• Handle incoming phone calls professionally and transfer calls to relevant departments
• Assist in foreigners matters such as renewal contracts, Fomema check-ups and hostel
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
• Conduct any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior at any time

Descripción del empleo

A HR Intern shall perform all job functions and resume all responsibilities outline in the Job Scope when given by superior and approved by HR Manager. The HR Intern has specific responsibilities towards the Company, and shall:

• 1. Handle routine task such as documentation filling, data entry and support HR operations.
• 2. Assist in staffs training programs and manage training records.
• 3. Assist in scheduling of security guards and cleaners.
• 4. Assist in environmental regulations and requirements of the Department of Environment in Malaysia.
• 5. Handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner & transfer calls to relevant individuals/ departments.
• 6. Assist in foreigners matters such as renewal contract, Fomema check-up and hostel.
• 7. Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and events.
• 8. To conduct any ad-hoc tasks assign by superior at any time.
