Job summary

EZHR Malaysia Consulting is seeking a proactive HR Intern to support our HR team in daily operations and projects. This role offers hands-on experience in HR practices, recruitment, payroll support, and employee engagement, making it a great learning opportunity.

Working location is Taipan 1, Ara Damansara. 9-6pm, Mon-Fri. Opportunities for permanent employment after the internship based on performance, with internship allowance provided.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Available for a minimum of 3 months starting October 2025 onwards and open to full-time hire after internship.
• Enthusiastic and eager to apply academic knowledge to real-world business challenges.
• Proactive thinker with initiative to contribute ideas and solutions, able to support different HR functions.
• Organized, detail-oriented, willing to learn.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fast learner with proactive, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solving.
• Self-motivated with strong passion for HR.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support in preparing HR documents such as employee handbooks, policies, and reports.
• Answer employee questions about HR related issues, policies, and procedures.
• Assist employees with HR-related issues and direct them to the appropriate resources.
• Help with attendance tracking, leave management, and claims checking.
• Participate in onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Assist in organizing HR events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
• Perform end to end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate delivery for clients.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly/yearly performance appraisal.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements
