Job description

You will play a crucial role in supporting mandatory annual employee background and professional membership checks for all employees across Malaysia. This is a 3-month internship position with the Internal Relations (IR) team.

What You Will Do:

Conduct accurate and thorough professional membership searches for employees across key industry databases.

Execute structured background verifications using the following regulatory portals:

LIAM (Life Insurance Association of Malaysia)

FIMM (Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia)

Collate search results, update internal tracking sheets, and ensure all employee verification records are accurately logged and maintained.

Assist the Internal Relations team with other ad-hoc administrative and operational matters as needed during the annual check period.

What We Are Looking For:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or a related field.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when processing large volumes of data and names.

High ethical standards with a strict commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable navigating online portals and databases.

A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work effectively within a three-month project timeline.
