Flex seeks an HR Generalist in Bukit Minyak, Penang to implement HR programs and support business teams in people-related matters. You will partner with managers on talent planning, recruitment, and development, while guiding policy interpretation and employee relations.

You will also contribute to Diversity and Inclusion efforts and participate in site projects and process improvements. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and typically 5+ years of HR experience, with

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with managers on HR strategies and talent needs, including recruitment and development.
Advise site management on talent matters to support business goals, engagement, workforce planning, data trends, and policies.
Act as a liaison on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion initiatives and support culture and change management.
Participate in site and corporate projects, process improvements, and local HR programs and events.
