Job summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner in Penang, seeking a Staffing HR Manager based in Bukit Minyak, Penang. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, and manage foreign worker hiring while upholding privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in HR and a minimum of 8 years in HR, with strong leadership and communication skills. You will also oversee offers and collaborate with agencies, contributing to Flex’s growth and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR required.
• Minimum 8 years in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in foreign worker hiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job ads and postings in line with recruitment standards.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, coordinate interviews.
• Respond to inquiries from candidates, hiring managers and agencies.
• Develop interview questions with the hiring manager and schedule interviews.
• Interview, check references, and recommend top candidates.
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates per policy.
• Prepare job offers and related materials.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment venues.
