Job summary

Flex seeks an HRBP Senior Manager located in Batu Kawan, Penang, to partner with business segments and deploy strategic HR plans. The role emphasizes talent management, workforce planning, executive coaching and change management to drive growth.

The position requires extensive HR expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work within a complex matrix environment across multiple countries. Strong leadership and strategic HR acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Typically 5–7 years of related HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Organization Development and Change Management.
• Excellent business acumen and HR partnership capability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with senior management and broad organizational reach.
• Strong project management, process management, analytical and consulting abilities.
• Ability to collaborate globally across boundaries in a matrix environment.
• Excellent planning, coordination and organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of HR functions and Flex business entities.
• Understanding of strategic impact of HR across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Advise and coach business on talent management, workforce planning, executive coaching and performance management.
• Partner with local HR teams and Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Identify issues to close performance gaps and deploy effective tools and programs.
• Cascade goals to align business and human capital strategies.
• Develop and deliver an HR strategy to meet business needs.
• Drive efficiency through lean initiatives and aligned processes.
• Assist with people investment decisions for sustainable results.
• Develop cross-cultural communications and change strategies.
• May participate in mergers and acquisitions.
• Plan and facilitate cyclical HR initiatives like training and succession planning.
• Provide HR communications and training to managers on new programs and processes.
• Manage and direct duties, set goals and drive initiatives.
• Build strong internal customer relationships and ensure compliance with HR laws.
