FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (PENANG) SDN BHD in Penang seeks a Staffing HR Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, from job adverts to offers, in Bukit Minyak. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, screen and hire qualified candidates while upholding privacy and compliance standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field and at least 8 years of HR experience, including foreign worker hiring. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to empower the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal and external job adverts, postings, and descriptions for vacancies.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews.
• Respond to inquiries from candidates, hiring managers and agencies about vacancies.
• Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop interview questions.
• Interview, check references and recommend the most qualified candidates.
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on selection criteria.
• Prepare offer materials in accordance with job specifications.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Staffing HR Manager located in Bukit Minyak, Penang.

What a typical day looks like:

Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether, and how to apply for a vacant position.

Screen and shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews with hiring manager.

Respond to enquiries from candidates, hiring managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the organization’s standards of privacy and confidentiality.

Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.

Interview, check references and recommend most qualified candidates

Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies.

Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need to decide whether to accept the position.

Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.

Requires minimum 8 years in Human Resources or related experience.

Prior experience in handling end-to-end foreign worker hiring will be an added advantage.
