Job summary

Parkson Private Label Sdn Bhd is hiring a Human Resources Generalist in Kuala Lumpur to support the full employee lifecycle, liaise with stakeholders and enhance the employee experience. The role covers operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, IR and statutory compliance in a dynamic retail environment.

You will manage performance, learning & development activities and provide guidance on HR policies, keeping meticulous records and assisting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience with operations, payroll, IR, training and compliance.
• Good knowledge of HR practices, Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle matters.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions and separations.
• Support payroll administration, compensation exercises and statutory compliance.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters, including counselling and documentation.
• Coordinate performance management and learning & development activities, including training needs.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment matters.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain records and support internal audits and management reporting.
• Support HR projects, policy implementation and continuous process improvement.
