Job summary

Hexamatics Servvcom Sdn Bhd, a regional provider of HR outsourcing, is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle across our Malaysian operations. You will partner with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient HR services, accurate reporting, and compliant processes.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR or related field, 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to manage

Qualifications

• Onboarding, offboarding, and leave/attendance coordination.
• End-to-end HR operations and stakeholder management.
• Employee relations and HR policy implementation.
• Accurate HR reporting and metrics preparation.
• Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and attendance tracking.
• Support HRBP in implementing HR strategies and SOP updates.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Payroll and L&D for daily HR services.
• Prepare HR metrics, reports, and client presentations.
• Respond to HR queries and maintain confidential information.

Job description

Support the delivery of comprehensive HR operations and strategic initiatives across the employee lifecycle. This role partners with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient HR services, effective stakeholder management, and accurate reporting for internal and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and leave and attendance coordination.

Assist HR Business Partners in executing organisational initiatives, HR strategies, policy development, and standard operating procedure updates.

Work closely with Recruitment, Payroll, and Learning and Development teams to ensure smooth day-to-day HR service delivery.

Prepare HR metrics, operational reports, and presentation decks for internal and client stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Respond to HR-related queries and provide timely support to employees and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a proven track record in end-to-end HR operations and stakeholder management.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive mindset with the ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential HR information appropriately.
