Job summary

DF Automation & Robotics, a Malaysian tech company designing and maintaining AMRs, is hiring an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

You will work with R&D, Engineering, Operations and Sales to recruit technical talent, administer payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), maintain HRIS records, and ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Education in HRM or related field as listed above.
• 1 year hands-on HR generalist experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law (Employment Act 1955).
• Experience recruiting engineers, software developers or technicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates via JobStreet, LinkedIn, campuses and career fairs.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation.
• Administer payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and respond to employee inquiries.
• Coordinate training plans and performance appraisal support.
• Assist in HRDF (HRD Corp) grants and claims submissions.
