PHAROAH MARINE SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive / HR Officer to join as a full-time team member in Port Klang, Selangor.

This role connects management with the workforce, ensuring compliance with Employment Act 1955 and related regulations, while fostering a positive workplace culture. Key duties include recruitment support, payroll processing, employee relations, and administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of HR experience in manufacturing, maritime, or logistics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; liaising with all levels.
• Proficient with HR software and MS Office applications.

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job ads, screenings, interviews, and selections.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR documents.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and exits.
