Job summary

Tai Sin Electric Cables (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll support and HR administrative duties. The role covers attendance, records maintenance and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment.

You will handle employee relations, training coordination, appraisals, and performance improvement plans, while ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date for management review.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and employee onboarding.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
• Manage employee attendance, leave and overtime records.
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation and statutory contributions.
• Prepare HR letters, notices, memos and employee-related documents.
• Handle employee relations and staff enquiries.
• Assist with disciplinary and misconduct cases.
• Coordinate employee training and development programmes.
• Assist with performance appraisal and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
• Monitor probation, confirmation, promotion and resignation matters.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and employment regulations.
• Manage employee welfare and engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
