Job summary

You will handle employee inquiries and grievances, assist with disciplinary processes, and promote positive employee relations. The position also involves maintaining HR records, supporting audits, and coordinating welfare programs

Responsibilities

• Manage employee attendance, overtime, leave, and shift records.
• Verify attendance data and assist in payroll processing, including statutory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and support disciplinary processes when required.
• Promote positive employee relations and coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and prepare HR reports.
• Support HR audits, labor compliance requirements, and foreign worker administration.
• Coordinate employee welfare programs and liaise with the Safety & Health Department on employee-related matters.
