Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking an HR Executive in Kedah to manage payroll, HR administration, recruitment support, and compliance. You will coordinate attendance, leaves, and payroll-related matters in a manufacturing setting. The role reports to the HR Manager and sits in the Pioneer team, requiring a proactive and discrete approach.

Based in Padang Serai, Kedah, the position offers routine hours from 8:00 to 5:30, with a focus on accuracy, stakeholder collaboration, and timely HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
• Minimum 3+ years HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
• Handle attendance, leave, overtime, claims, shifts and related payroll matters.
• Prepare payroll reports, payslips and year-end forms.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and liaise with HRIS vendors.
• Coordinate resignations and ensure asset clearance.
• Support recruitment, job fairs and training records.
• Assist HR audits and compliance with government agencies.
• Participate in engagement activities and salary benchmarking.
