Avisena Specialist Hospital is actively seeking an HR Executive to join our Shah Alam team. The role covers payroll administration, issuing HR letters, and general HR administration, including recruitment and employee welfare. Strong communication and integrity are essential.

Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience and a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field are required. The position offers a steady career path within a growing healthcare group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, business administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Strong communication, professional writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities under pressure.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting teamwork and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: maintain and update employee records; process payroll; liaise with departments on payroll updates.
• Issuance of Letters: prepare and issue letters related to increment, promotion, bonus, confirmation, and other documents; ensure approvals.
• Administration: manage HR documents, contracts, confidentiality; handle recruitment, onboarding, transfers, resignations; manage staff welfare and compensation & benefits.
• Employee Relations: be first contact for managers and staff; provide advice; maintain good employee relations and industrial harmony.
