Qualifikationen

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in HR/admin roles preferred (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Prior experience handling HR systems is an added advantage.
• Willing to try something new and take on challenges; resiliency.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills; maintains confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Post job ads and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
• Assist in HRIS data entry and system updates.
• Track employee attendance, leaves and MCs.
• Assist in organizing company events and internal announcements.
