Job summary

Talent Recruit in Malaysia is representing a leading F&B company seeking a Human Resources Executive to join their team at Eco Santuari, Rimbayu. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and HR administration.

You will drive employee engagement, assist HR projects (performance, L&D), handle HRDF claims, ensure labor law compliance, and support office operations. Candidates should have at least 3 years' related experience and be capable of independent work.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related HR experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of HR policies and Malaysian labor laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment process, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Process monthly payroll and resolve payroll queries.
• Prepare HR letters and manage employee records.
• Drive employee engagement and support HR projects (performance, L&D).
• Handle HRDF claims and training fund utilization.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and Malaysian labor laws.
• Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and counselling.
• Oversee insurance, license renewals, and government liaising.
• Support office administration and outlet coordination.
