Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Human Resource Executive with a recruitment focus to join our F&B team. You will manage end-to-end hiring, support HR operations, payroll, and employee records, and ensure timely onboarding.

Based at Oasis Square, Ara Damansara, you will coordinate candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding activities while maintaining accurate HR files and statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in F&B, restaurant, or retail.
• Experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and talent acquisition.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations, payroll, employee records, and Malaysian statutory contributions is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Own transport and able to commute to Oasis Square, Ara Damansara.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
• Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
• Proactively source candidates for operational, restaurant, and management-level positions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases and monitor hiring progress.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with payroll by verifying attendance, overtime, and leave records.
• Support statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) when required.
• Assist with performance appraisals, confirmations, and day-to-day HR matters.
• Manage office documentation, stationery, pantry supplies, and general admin.
