Job summary

Water Revelation Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based manufacturer of drinking water, is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage core HR processes and drive people initiatives. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, policy guidance, and employee relations across the organisation.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, a relevant degree, and strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll administration and employee relations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Independent, responsible, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, employment offers and recruitment records.
• Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer and offboarding processes, including the preparation of relevant HR documentation.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, benefits and employment-related matters.
• Handle employee disciplinary matters, attendance issues, grievances and other employee relations matters.
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation and verification, including attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions and other payroll-related information.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes, documentation and employee services.
• Coordinate employee training and development programmes, maintain training records and monitor training effectiveness.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
• Support employee engagement, welfare activities and work closely with department managers on manpower requirements and HR matters.
• Assist with HR projects and other duties assigned by management.
