Job summary

FFM Berhad is seeking an HR Executive to provide effective HR and administrative support across the employee lifecycle for FFM Marketing Sdn. Bhd., including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee records, performance management, benefits, employee relations, learning, engagement and separation.

The role also supports branch HR matters, coordinates with Group HR and relevant stakeholders, and oversees assigned HR support resources to ensure accurate, timely and consistent HR service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding activities end-to-end.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle, HRMS and performance-management matters.
• Oversee payroll, leave, attendance and employee separation processes.
• Administer employee benefits, medical claims and insurance matters.
• Serve as HR coordination point for branches and stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Uphold the company's culture, values and ethics.
• Support group-wide initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Undertake special assignments as delegated by senior management.
