Job summary

Mitsubishi Elevator Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive HR Executive to join the HR team, focusing on Learning & Development and Recruitment. You will coordinate training programmes and manage day-to-day recruitment activities, collaborating with hiring managers and training providers to ensure effective delivery and record-keeping.

The role offers exposure to broader HR initiatives and projects, providing a well-rounded HR career development path within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, especially in Learning & Development and/or Recruitment.
• Fresh graduates with HR internship are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including registrations and records.
• Support annual training plan and training calendar.
• Identify training needs with departments and track development.
• Liaise with external training providers and coordinate arrangements.
• Manage HRD Corp grant applications, claims and documentation.
• Maintain training records and prepare training reports and analysis.
• Support recruitment activities: ads, resume screening, interview coordination and candidate communication.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Assis t with HR process improvement and digitalisation.
