Job summary

MITSUBISHI ELEVATOR MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources function. You will partner with Management and business leaders to drive people strategies and support growth and transformation.

The role covers the full spectrum of HR, including HR business partnering, talent acquisition, learning & development, employee and industrial relations, performance and talent management, payroll and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR-related field.
• Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience, with HR Generalist/Operations background.
• 3–5 years of managerial or people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Management and leaders on manpower planning and people strategies.
• Lead full spectrum of HR operations and delivery of HR services.
• Drive recruitment and talent acquisition for current and future needs.
• Lead learning & development, performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Manage employee and industrial relations, including performance issues and grievances.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, leave, attendance and HR records with governance.
• Review and enhance compensation, benefits, HR policies and practices.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment law and internal governance.
