Job summary

Revenue Valley Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. You will collaborate with HODs and the Operations team on manpower planning and ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of HR experience, solid knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations, and strong communication skills to support employee relations and policy communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, BA or related field.
• 3–4 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, disciplinary handling and HR operations.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Job description

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening and candidate coordination.

Work closely with HODs and Operations team on manpower requirements.

Coordinate interview arrangements and candidate assessments.

Prepare recruitment updates and manpower status reports.

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, orientation, resignations, and records

Conduct HR orientation and explain company policies where required.

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related matters.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Handle disciplinary and employee relations cases.

Manage foreign worker operational matters, accommodation and documentation.

Manage employee relations, HR concerns, workplace issues, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum working experience of 3 - 4 years.
• Good knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations and employee relations.
• Experience in recruitment, disciplinary handling and HR operations.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Strong ownership, confidentiality, professionalism and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage.
