Job summary

Jia Ming Auto Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations and lead recruitment activities. You will handle attendance, leave records, onboarding, payroll support and employee documentation in a fast-growing automotive services environment.

The role offers structured training, career development and a friendly, performance-driven team culture at our Wisma BH, Pudu location in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in general HR operations and recruitment is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and other employee related documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Monitor staff attendance and assist with monthly payroll preparation.
• Assist in employee onboarding, probation confirmation and performance evaluation processes.
• Coordinate staff training, company activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.
• Assist in improving HR processes and perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Must Have

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Good understanding of general HR operations and recruitment.

Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.

Detail-oriented, responsible and able to handle confidential information professionally.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Added Advantage

Experience in payroll, attendance management and HR administration.

Familiarity with Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.

Experience using HRIS / attendance systems.

Recruitment experience, particularly in retail or automotive related positions.

Experience working in a fast-paced or growing company.
