Job summary

Jess Technology Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Malaysia is hiring for an HR/Administration Officer to support recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee records. The role emphasizes a positive and proactive attitude within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Diploma or Degree in HR.

• Candidates must be willing to work in Puchong.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and hiring: manage ads, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Payroll administration: monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions.
• Statutory compliance: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp and compliance with Malaysian requirements.
• Employee records and documentation: maintain files, letters of confirmation, promotions, salary adjustments, warnings, resignations, terminations.
• Employee relations and performance: handle inquiries, attendance, disciplinary matters, probation reviews, Evaluations.
• HR reporting and manpower planning: report headcount, recruitment progress, turnover, payroll costs, absenteeism, overtime, HR risks.

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment and Hiring
Manage job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, salary proposals, offer letters and onboarding.

Payroll Administration
Prepare monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, allowances, commissions, unpaid leave and deductions.

Statutory Compliance
Manage EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment requirements.

Employee Records and Documentation
Maintain employee files and prepare confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment, warning, resignation and termination letters.

Employee Relations and Performance
Handle employee enquiries, attendance, disciplinary matters, probation reviews and performance evaluations.

HR Reporting and Manpower Planning
Report monthly headcount, recruitment progress, turnover, payroll costs, absenteeism, overtime and HR risks to management.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, or Degree in HR
