JESS Technology Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking an proactive administrator to support the senior leadership team and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. This role combines office administration with finance support, catering to accounting, budgeting, and cash flow tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review, and support financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow analyses and management accounts to provide insights on the company’s financial performance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: support the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Cash Flow & Financial Operations: monitor daily cash positions and assist with cash flow planning.
• Admin: assist Director in overseeing all administrative aspects of the management including supply chain dept; perform ad hoc assignments.

What you'll be doing

Review, and support financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow analyses and management accounts to provide insights on the company’s financial performance.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis to help identify trends and inform decision‑making.

Cash Flow & Financial Operations

Monitor daily cash positions, assist with cash flow planning and help manage general financial operations to support business needs.

Admin

Assist Director in overseeing all administrative aspects of the management including supply chain dept.

Perform ad hoc assignment from the Management.
