Job summary

Talent Recruit represents our client, a multinational company specializing in water treatment systems based in Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya. They are expanding and seeking an HR Executive to join their team.

You will manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment, ensure policy compliance with employment laws, assist payroll, and drive staff engagement. Fluency in Mandarin is required due to business needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant HRM experience.
• Good working knowledge of HR processes and employment laws; strong Excel skills.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin due to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR department operations including recruitment support.
• Ensure consistent implementation and review of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR activities comply with legal requirements and employment laws.
• Assist in payroll administration and maintain HRMS accurately.
• Manage staff recreation and engagement activities.
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

We are representing our client, a MNC company specializing in water treatment systems based in Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya. As they are expanding, they are looking for Human Resources Executive to join their team.

Job Description:

• Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the HR Department including recruitment support.
• Ensure consistent implementation and review of policies and procedures relating to HR matters.
• Ensure all HR function activities comply with legal requirements and relevant employment laws.
• Assist in payroll administration and ensure the HRMS is maintained promptly and accurately.
• Manage staff recreation activities and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in any ad-hoc HR projects.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job requirement

• Minimum Diploma or degree in related field
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in HRM
• Good working knowledge of HR processes, practices and employment laws. Good excel knowledge.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm)
• 13-month Salary provided
• Salary up to RM 6,000
• Yearly performance bonus and increment
• Insurance and Medical Outpatient covered
