Job summary

Talent Recruit is representing our client, an M&E Construction company, seeking an HR Manager based at Kota Damansara, Selangor. Working days are Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM. Salary up to RM8,000 monthly.

The role oversees the full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, ER, performance, training, HR administration, and staff management. Travel to HQ Ipoh once or twice a month may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full spectrum HR management.
• Construction industry experience and foreign worker management preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, payroll processing and compliance.

Job Requirement:

• A Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources

• Experience in the construction industry and managing foreign worker managementis highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, payroll processing, and foreign worker management. Knowledge in handling foreign worker permits and compliance is essential.
• Willing to travel once or twice a month to HQ Ipoh.
