Gulatis Global Business Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The role focuses on payroll processing, recruitment and daily HR operations to ensure smooth HR administration.
Responsibilities include preparing and processing monthly payroll, maintaining payroll records, handling statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll processing, recruitment and daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and accurate HR administration.
Payroll
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain employee payroll records, attendance, leave and overtime information.
Handle statutory contributions and submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll reconciliation.
Handle employees' payroll-related enquiries.
Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Post vacancies on JobStreet/Seek and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Arrange and conduct interviews together with the hiring manager.
Prepare offer letters and employment-related documents.
Follow up with candidates and ensure timely recruitment.
Maintain an updated recruitment pipeline and hiring records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
Handle staff enquiries relating to HR policies, leave, attendance and employment matters.
Assist in disciplinary matters and HR documentation when required.
Ensure HR practices comply with applicable Malaysian employment requirements.
Perform other HR duties and projects assigned by Management.
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience using SQL systems is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proactive, responsible and willing to take initiative.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
