Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and execution of HR initiatives, such as training and development programs.

About the role

Siong Construction & Engineering Private Limited is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources function and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. This is a full-time position based on-site at our Johor Bahru location. What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
