Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR administrator to support daily operations across the group. You will manage HR administration, payroll processing, onboarding, probation management, and maintain staff records with confidentiality.
The role covers remuneration, employee relations, training development and timely statutory payments and reporting. Candidates should have at least 3 years’ HR experience in manufacturing and a Diploma/Degree in HR/Business Administration/Management.

To efficiently and effectively perform all HR administration duties within set time frames to support the daily operations. These include but are not limited to Letters of Offer, Employment Agreements, Employee Exits and the related actions associated with each process.
To provide accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and other related payments including all statutory payments and reporting within set time frames.
To carry out effective on-boarding practices to ensure employees are integrated quickly and processes are seamless, including the management on probationary periods.
To accurately maintain HR records (including staff personnel files) and payroll documents ensuring data integrity is maintained within our records and systems.
To contribute to the maintenance of Continuous Improvement system standards and procedures.
To ensure a high level of confidentiality and discretion is exercised at all times.
To deliver exceptional customer service with strong focus on employee satisfaction, meeting time frames and accuracy.
To develop training and development programs.
To assist with performance management processes and devising employee remuneration, rewards and recognition and well-being programs.
To deal with workplace relations issues such as complaints, conflicts, grievances and misconduct.
To provide accurate, relevant and timely advice and support to Business within the Group
To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.
Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and with confidentiality.
To liaise with employee at all levels in the Group.
Accountable for the timely administration of duties and functions as outlined.
Education : Diploma/Degree in HR/Business Administration/Management
Skills : Some knowledge, experience, interpretation and application of
relevant legislation governing employment, human resources and
industrial relations
Work Experience : Min 3 years of similar HR related role in Manufacturing Industry
Others Job Requirement : Excellent organizational skills, high level attention to detail, task
completion, ability to provide support across multiple sites and
businesses, excellent oral and written communication and ability
