Tan Chong Group in Malaysia is offering an Internship (Human Resource Business Partner) at Batu Caves. You will support day-to-day HR activities at site level for the Truck Group and act as a HR contact for business operations.

The role involves assisting with Group HR policies, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration, while ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate day-to-day HR activities at site level for the Truck Group.
• Serve as a HR contact for business operations.
• Assist in the implementation of Group HR policies and processes.
• Collaborate with line managers and Group HR on employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate recruitment activities.
• Foster employee relations and performance management.
• Support training coordination and HR administration.
• Assist in ensuring timely HR operations and policy compliance.
• Act as liaison between the business unit and Group HR.
