Job summary

BAT is offering a Digital HR Internship in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. You will join the HR Business Partnering team to provide secretarial and administrative support for HR processes and lead key projects enhancing the employee lifecycle experiences.

You will assist in HR reporting, events, communications, and initiatives while learning to implement strategic people plans in a global, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willing to learn mindset.
• Positive attitude with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player.
• Degree holder of any field (plus points if pursuing business analytics, HR, or international management).

Responsibilities

• Support HRBPs in daily HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, policy reviews, and HR customer service.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs and assist in execution of company-wide people initiatives and cyclical plans.
• Generate HR reports and provide data-driven support across key people agenda pillars.
• Plan and support internal events, communications, and employee engagement activities.
• Create engaging internal and social media content while driving process improvements and supporting ad hoc HR projects.
