Hanson Quarry Products Sdn Bhd, part of the Heidelbergmaterials Group, invites an HR internship candidate in Subang Jaya. You will assist with day-to-day HR activities, recruitments, onboarding, and HR administration while coordinating interviews, trainings, and employee engagement efforts.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Support the coordination of interviews, training, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining HR documents, reports, and trackers.
• Support internal HR communications, including drafting announcements, emails, and communication materials.
• Assist in coordinating HR events and initiatives.
• Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
