Job summary

Shining 3D is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with Malaysia factory management, shaping HR strategies that align with business objectives and global standards. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, IR, and offboarding while ensuring labour-law compliance.

In this role you will support talent development, drive engagement, and deliver data-driven HR insights to management within a manufacturing setting, promoting a positive work culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or generalist role.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Malaysia factory management to implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Manage full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Coordinate with HQ HR to align local policies with global standards.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
• Support talent development and training programs for factory staff.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture.
• Prepare HR reports and provide data‑driven insights to management.
