Job summary

TCIM Sdn Bhd, a key member of the Tan Chong Group, seeks an HR Intern to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement. You’ll support training initiatives, assist with policy compliance, and contribute to various HR projects while building a professional network.

You will work in a dynamic team, exposure to real projects, mentorship from experienced professionals, and opportunities to develop essential HR skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across HR functions including recruitment and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding materials and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain and organize employee records and data entry.
• Assist HR initiatives for employee engagement activities and events.
• Help schedule and coordinate training programs and workshops.
• Ensure HR policies align with local labor laws and regulations.
• Provide general HR support and assist with reports and inquiries.
