Job summary

Robert Bosch (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Penang is inviting applications for a Management Intern to support recruitment, training, employee services and business excellence activities.

You will assist with end-to-end recruitment for blue‑collar roles, prepare training materials, schedule training sessions and track attendance. You’ll also help with uniforms, gifts, transport, hostel audits and participate in the Employee Discount Programme and 5S initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field (HRM, PR, business management).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eager to learn in a corporate environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for Blue-Collar roles and handle daily HR operations.
• Assist in preparing training materials, schedule trainings, and track attendance/records.
• Assist with uniforms, gifts, company transport, hostel audits, and Employee Discount Programme.
• Support 5S training, audits, posters, and translation/communication materials including video work, reporting, and idea management analytics.
• Support forums, events, workshops (online or on-site) and other duties as assigned.
