Fengshi Metal Technology is seeking an HR Administrator to manage onboarding/offboarding of foreign workers and monitor the expiry of permits, passports, and visas. The role also covers coordination of renewals, liaising with agencies and authorities, and maintaining accurate HR records.
You will oversee hostel allocations, conduct inspections, arrange repairs, and handle check-in/out procedures while addressing hostel-related issues.

Handle onboarding and offboarding of foreign workers.
Monitor work permit, passport, visa, PLKS, and other statutory document expiry dates.
Coordinate permit renewals and immigration-related documentation.
Liaise with recruitment agencies, government authorities, and service providers.
Maintain accurate foreign worker records and HR documentation.
Coordinate worker hostel allocation and room assignments.
Conduct regular hostel inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and company standards.
Monitor hostel facilities and arrange maintenance or repairs when required.
Handle hostel check-in/check-out procedures and maintain occupancy records.
Investigate and resolve hostel-related issues or complaints.
Assist foreign workers with medical appointments, transportation, and emergency matters.
Communicate company policies, rules, and regulations to foreign workers.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel files.
Assist in attendance monitoring and leave administration for foreign workers.
Support recruitment, orientation, and other HR administrative activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Manager or Management.
SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of HR or administrative experience; experience handling foreign workers is an advantage.
Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act and foreign worker regulations is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to hostels or government offices when required.
