MKR Global Niaga (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support monthly payroll, HR documentation, and records management across multiple sites in Malaysia.
The role requires attention to detail, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR tasks, liaising with site supervisors and employees to ensure accurate documentation and timely submissions.
Assist in monthly payroll preparation, including attendance, leave, OT, allowances, deductions and other payroll-related matters.
Prepare HR-related documents such as Letter of Appointment (LOA), confirmation letters, warning letters, show cause letters, termination letters and other employee correspondence.
Prepare and maintain employee profiles, personal files and HR records accurately and systematically.
Monitor and update employee attendance, leave, MC and other employment records.
Liaise with site supervisors and employees on HR matters, attendance, documentation and employee-related issues.
Follow up with supervisors from different sites to ensure HR documents and information are submitted accurately and on time.
Assist in recruitment activities, onboarding and preparation of new employee documentation.
Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases, reports and records.
Ensure HR documentation is properly filed and maintained for audit and reference purposes.
Assist the HR team in other day-to-day HR administrative matters and ad-hoc assignments.
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or any related field.
Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of HR experience will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of payroll, employment documentation and HR administration.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
High attention to detail with good accuracy in handling employee and payroll information.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with site supervisors and employees.
Responsible, organised, proactive and willing to learn.
Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Experience dealing with multiple sites / operations-based workforce will be an added advantage.
